The best broccoli (turnip broccoli or turnip greens, typical of Neapolitan cuisine) selected for you, cleaned and preserved in glass, just blanched, with sunflower oil.

 

La Fiammante Neapolitan Friarielli are the classic side dish for sausage and pork recipes in general, also delicious as a topping for pizza with the addition of fiordilatte, in the ancient variant of pizza alla carrettiera.

Very good in stuffed pizzas, as is tradition in Neapolitan rotisseries, they are also to be tried in the "Bourbon" version of Casatiello pasquale and the soft Neapolitan Panino.
