Easter cake with a soft dough made with high-quality fresh Italian milk, eggs from free-range hens and enriched with pistachio and hazelnut creams.
Colomba Lemondoro is filled with lemon cream, it is a naturally leavened baked confectionery product, prepared according to tradition with the exclusive use of non-genetically modified ingredients.

    • fresh EGGS 14.3% from free-range hens

    •  cream pistachio 7.3% (glucose syrup - water - sugar - dextrose - sunflower oil - pistachio paste 4% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - skimmed milk powder - flavorings - thickeners: pectin - preservatives: sorbate potassium - salt - colourings: carrot, pumpkin and spirulina concentrate)

    •  hazelnut cream 7.3% (glucose syrup - sugar - water - hazelnut paste 8% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients - butter - skimmed milk in - cocoa powder - flavorings - thickeners: pectin - preservatives: potassium sorbate)

    • natural yeast (wheat flour - water - powder)

    • glucose chocolate syrup

    • 2% dark chocolate decoration [cocoa mass - sugar - butter cocoa - butter - emulsifier: lecithin (soya) - natural vanilla flavouring]
