Dark Chocolate and Chopped Caramelized Pistachio.
 
Traditional pandoro made with butter and eggs, filled with a delicious pistachio and hazelnut cream. Covered with dark chocolate and pistachio granules.

That’s why Balocco is devoted to respecting animal welfare, using only barn eggs for all their products. Balocco’s hand-crafted glaze, made to the original recipe, is obtained by milling whole Italian hazelnuts and mixing them with sugar, egg white and rice flour.

    • fresh egg from free-range hens,

    • sugar

    • milk chocolate 10.6% [sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifiers: lecithins (from soy); aroma]

    • butter

    • pistachio cream 7.2% (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, sunflower oil, pistachio paste 4% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients, skimmed milk powder, flavorings, thickeners : pectin; preservatives: potassium sorbate; salt, dyes: carrot, pumpkin and spirulina concentrate),

    • hazelnut cream 7.2% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, butter, hazelnut paste 8% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients, skimmed milk powder, cocoa powder, alcohol, stabilizers: pectin; preservatives: potassium sorbate; flavorings)

    • natural yeast (wheat flour, water, yeast),

    • chopped caramelized pistachios 1.9% (sugar , pistachio 40%),

    • emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids;

    • salt,

    • skimmed milk powder,

    • natural flavouring.

    May contain traces of:
